You know that those holidays that celebrate our troops are our favorite, but it would just be wrong to skip Halloween. The chill is in the air, the spooky decorations have hit our neighborhoods and we are searching for some fun, scary, and family friendly Halloween celebrations dedicated to honoring our military. Check these out and let us know if you try any of them!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party:Disney is always at the top of our military discount list and this Halloween is no different. Held in the Magic Kingdom, active and retired U.S. military may purchase discounted tickets to this special event for a discounted price. Up to five tickets may be purchased at the special rate of $41.30 per adult or $37.80 per child. Regular priced tickets are $59.00.

Walgreens: Halloween candy can be expensive on a military budget, especially if you happen to live on an installation where there are a lot of children Trick or Treating. Walgreens is offering a "We Salute You" program that offers military a 15% discount every Tuesday on all items. Stock up on your candy at a discounted rate!

Universal Studio's Halloween Horror Nights: Running from September 20 thru November 2, Horror Nights at Universal Studios may be more fitting for older children and adults. Featuring scenes from horror movies and shows such as The Walking Dead, The Cabin in the Woods and Evil Dead, Universal Studios is sure to provide the ultimate Halloween experience. Discounted tickets are available at ITT offices on select installations.

Scream Zone Del Mer: From September 27 thru November 2, San Diego is offering scary Halloween adventure at a discounted rate for military. Ghosts and ghouls will haunt your hayride, the House of Horror and The Chamber as you make your way through the Scream Zone. Discounted tickets for the military are available at base ticket offices.
